Service Instructions:

2, prohibited items: In order to maintain social public safety and social harmony and stability, safeguard national interests, protect the safety of people's lives and property, the sender shall not send guns and ammunition, control equipment, flammable and explosive, radioactive substances, corrosive substances and other types of national laws and regulations prohibit the delivery of items.

3. Air freight is charged by weight (including volume retake), and sea freight is charged by volume (some points have minimum consumption, consult customer service for details). Extra long charges may be charged for cargo over 3 meters by air.

4.The goods that need to be declared separately and declared for tax refund must be noted clearly, inform customer service before the goods arrive at the warehouse, and consult the charging standard offline. For goods requiring special treatment such as commodity inspection, magnetic inspection, inspection and quarantine, the costs incurred are borne by the customer and need to be paid in China.

The shipper and its consignors shall perform the following obligations and bear the responsibility:
1. Ensure that the consignments do not contain documents of state organs, national protected wild animals and endangered wild animals and their products, fake and inferior goods and infringing goods, and other laws and regulations prohibit or restrict the delivery of goods; It is not allowed to endanger national security, public safety and the legitimate rights and interests of citizens, legal persons and other organizations through delivery channels, as well as harmful goods, dangerous goods, prohibited goods or restricted goods stipulated by the International Air Cargo Association, the International Civil Aviation Organization and other relevant government departments or organizations.

2.All the information provided by the sender or its agent is clearly readable, complete and accurate and produce a valid identity document, cooperate with the Courier service organization staff for identification, identity information registration, if you are entrusted by others, should also provide the client's valid identity document.

3. Cooperate with open box inspection. If the consignor needs to go through the approval, inspection and other procedures, you should submit the certification documents that have completed the relevant procedures. The express service organization may take photos of the contents of the consignment and obtain evidence. If the items prohibited or restricted in delivery are found, they have the right to transfer them to the relevant departments for processing.

4.Truthfully declare the name, nature, quantity and value of the consignment (in the claim must provide to prove the value of the goods invoices, contracts, transfer records, etc.), and accurately fill in the sender, recipient's name, address, contact telephone and other information. The goods comply with the customs, export, import, data protection laws and other laws and regulations of the import and export countries/regions.

5.According to the nature of the consignment (especially fragile goods, liquid, gas or other), to provide adequate anti-damage, anti-leakage, explosion-proof measures to ensure safe transportation.

6.If you bring your own packaging, you need to comply with the "Mail Cargo packaging Management Measures", choose green environmental protection, non-toxic and harmless packaging, packaging operation in addition to pay attention to safety should also pay attention to environmental protection and saving.

7.Due to the security risks, quality defects or packaging damage, resulting in other consignments, means of transport, machinery and equipment is polluted, corroded, damaged, or caused personal injury or death, you shall be liable for compensation.

8. If the consignments belong to or contain prohibited or restricted consignments and the delivery route is confiscated, detained or changed, resulting in the delay of time or loss of value of other consignments, and causing economic losses to the Courier service organization or a third party, you shall be liable for compensation.

9. You shall be liable for any economic losses caused by our company, Courier service organization or third party due to your violation of the relevant laws and regulations of the countries where the goods are sent abroad and delivered, including the countries through which the goods are delivered.

Rights, obligations and responsibilities of the carrier:
Guangzhou EFEEL International Logistics Agency Co., Ltd. is only responsible for any one of the goods based on the following provisions:
Guangzhou EFEEL International Logistics Agency Co., Ltd. as the first carrier based on safety, security, customs and other laws and regulations, Guangzhou EFEEL International Logistics Agency Co., Ltd. has the right to unbox inspection of express without prior notice. If the sender is entrusted by others, it should also provide a valid ID card of the client. Guangzhou EFEEL International Logistics Agency Co., Ltd. will not be liable for any loss caused by any delay caused by the above inspection.

1.If the carriage of the goods involves air transport and the country of final destination or stopover is a country other than the country of origin, the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention shall apply, whichever is mandatory, without prejudice to the provisions of Articles 10 and 13 of these Terms and Conditions. In the event that this Convention does not apply, the liability of Guangzhou EFEEL International Logistics Agency Co., Ltd. shall not exceed the declared value of the goods in any case, and shall be carried out in accordance with the compensation marks in this Agreement. Unless otherwise proved, any loss or damage will be presumed to have occurred during the airlift phase.

2. Each cargo can only be claimed once, and the compensation for all loss or damage related to the cargo is complete and final. If the sender considers that the provisions of these Terms and conditions regarding compensation will not be sufficient to compensate his loss, he should purchase insurance or self-insure.

3.Unless in conflict with relevant applicable laws, all claims involving damage or shortage of goods (visible or hidden) must be submitted in writing to Guangzhou EFEEL International Logistics Agency Co., Ltd. within 7 calendar days after delivery of the goods, and involving routing interruption, The claim must be made in writing to Guangzhou EFEEL International Logistics Agency Co., Ltd. within thirty (30) days after the acceptance of the goods by Guangzhou EFEEL International Logistics Agency Co., LTD., otherwise Guangzhou EFEEL International Logistics Agency Co., Ltd. will no longer be liable. If all transportation costs have not been paid, Guangzhou EFEEL International Logistics Agency Co., Ltd. is not obligated to accept any claims. The amount claimed cannot be used to offset such transportation costs. If the recipient does not indicate any damage on the express record at the time of signing for the goods, it is superficially certified that the goods were delivered in good condition. As a condition of considering any claim for loss or damage, the recipient must provide the original goods and packing materials for inspection.

5.Can not deliver the consignment, if the recipient requires return, the round-trip costs are borne by the sender.

6.The company has the right to lien has not paid off the due fees of the express, after 3 months after the demand is still not paid, as the expiration of the lien period, if the sender is still not paid in full, our company has the right to sell the goods at a reasonable price and enjoy the priority of compensation.

Iv. Compensation methods and standards.
1.The company based on the weight of the consignment/square number (rather than the value of the goods) to charge the basic freight, compensation standards are also based on the shipper to pay the freight as a basic reference basis, if you think that our compensation standards do not meet your interests, please choose the appropriate channel to protect.

2. Regardless of whether the Warsaw Convention or the Montreal Convention is applicable, the Company's compensation standard is to waive part of the freight of the lost goods and compensate twice the freight of the lost goods. If you think that the compensation standard is not enough to cover your loss, you should purchase an additional insurance service of the same amount according to the actual value of the consignment.

3.Due to bad weather, natural disasters, strikes, wars, the nature of the goods itself, the sender or recipient's own fault, customs and government policy factors and other reasons beyond our control, force majeure factors caused by the delay time is not included, such as the resulting loss, our company does not assume any responsibility.

4.Liquid, glass products and other easily leaked and fragile products, guaranteed loss is not guaranteed.

5.The outer box is intact but the authenticity of the product loss can not be verified, not within the scope of claims. The outer box of the goods is damaged, but the physical goods are not lost, damaged and other verifiable circumstances, not within the scope of claim.

6.Due to the goods involved in contraband, underreporting, underreporting, concealment and other does not meet the government access conditions or illegal declaration, customs inspection sampling and sampling of government departments caused by the loss, not within the scope of claims.

7. The delivery is delayed. Use reasonable efforts to deliver the shipment in accordance with its normal shipping standards, but these standards are not binding and do not form part of the contract between us and the sender. We shall not be liable for any loss (including expired food, etc.) or damage caused by the delay in shipment.

8. The service standard of international parts is based on the service commitment of our receiving warehouse in China to our foreign storage warehouse. If you need value-added services, you should purchase them separately with customer service and related salesmen.

Other agreements:
1. You agree to comply with the "Shipping Instructions" and subsequent revisions and updates of Guangzhou EFEEL International Logistics Agency Co., LTD., and agree that the express service organization handles the waybill information provided by you in accordance with laws, regulations and privacy policies.

2. Any dispute arising from the performance of this Agreement shall be settled by both parties through friendly negotiation. If no agreement can be reached through negotiation, a lawsuit shall be filed with the people's court having jurisdiction at the place where the express is sent.
